Hello? Tumblr

So I’ve had tumblr for forever (ok not forever maybe like less than a year) and i never do anything but reblog and like things (ok, i posted something original maybe twice) anyway like any good procrastinator I decided to go on tumblr and since I added a bunch of my friends I figured I should finally change my picture so they weren’t weirded out by some random, faceless person following them. I also changed a bunch of my settings, such as allowing questions. Who knew all you could do with tumblr? (oh wait probably everyone but me) Anyways hope you have a blessed day and did you seriously just read my crazy, unnecessary rant? <3

“So our Mass goes back, without essential change, to the age when it first developed out of the oldest liturgy of all. It is still redolent of that liturgy, of the days when Cæsar ruled the world and thought he could stamp out the faith of Christ, when our fathers met together before dawn and sang a hymn to Christ as to a God. The final result of our enquiry is that, in spite of unsolved problems, in spite of later changes, there is not in Christendom another rite so venerable as ours.” —Fr. Adrian Fortescue, The Mass: A Study of the Roman Liturgy [1912], p. 213 (via catholictrad)
